- If you can view our demo then you're good!
- Browsing cookies must be "enabled". Google search: How do I enable cookies?
- Different internet browsers "render" websites differently and we have had the best luck with Internet Explorer 7+ and Chrome. Many other web browsers, like Firefox, will work but they mess with our homepage drop downs. It shouldn't be a problem within a course so make sure to watch our demo and try our demo course lecture (talked about in our demo).
- High speed internet connection (check demo to see how videos load). If you do not have a fast internet connection our videos will take longer to load.
- Adobe Flash Player - Free Download (To play the videos) There have been a few Adobe Flash Player bugs with some versions of Flash Player 9. If you can view the video on our home page then everything should work fine. If you can not view the video on the home page we ask you to install the newest version of Flash Player (link above). If you are still having problems please give us a call @ 1-800-870-3130. In most cases uninstalling flash player and reinstalling the most up-to-date version has fixed any problems.
