Jack Morton, J.D., is an attorney who has also taught real estate and insurance law for 27 years. In addition to being a professor at the University of Montana's School of Business, Jack has taught numerous real estate, banking and legal seminars. He is well known for his ability to make complicated legal concepts understandable to non-lawyers. Jack has been involved in teaching real estate licensing courses since 1972.

David Firth is the Business Process and Technology consultant for America’s Professor. He has been instrumental in setting up the web site and course delivery systems that you are using right now. He is an Associate Professor and the Warren and Betsy Wilcox Faculty Fellow in the School of Business Administration at the University of Montana. He earned his Ph.D. in Information Systems from Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and has an M.A. in Natural Sciences and a B.A. (honours) in Physics (on a full-ride academic scholarship) from the University of Oxford, England. In addition to working with America’s Professor, he recently launched, with two partners, www.PetLivingWills.com which allows pet owners to store their medical wishes for their pets online, accessible 24 x 7 by vets and other pet care givers should the pet owner not be available. Devon Morton is a graduate of The University of Montana’s School of Business Administration. He has been working with the America’s Professor Team since the beginning in 2004. He is currently AP's COO and in charge of editing course video content for the web as well as keeping the website up and running and up-to-date.

Paul Morton is also a graduate of The University of Montana’s School of Business Administration. He has been a part of the America’s Professor Team since the beginning of 2008. He is in charge of editing course book content and filming course videos.
