· Do not share your America's Professor username and password information.

· Do not copy, cite, distribute, or reproduce America’s Professor’s materials (videos, text, questions, etc.) without explicit written permission.

· Company-specific courses have supervisors that can see all enrolled users' logs, course progress, profile information, etc. If you do not want a course supervisor to be able to see your logs, course progress, profile information, etc. do not sign up for a company-specific course. Instead, please select one of our regular "Public" courses that do not have course supervisors.

America’s Professor monitors account access/usage and reserves the right to pause a user’s account/subscription for violating AP’s Site Policy or Terms of Use.
