For Employers:

1.       If paying for an employee's course, simply create an account (instructions below) for the employee using their name and personal or company personal e-mail address (e-mail confirmation is required or call 800-870-3130). All users need to have their own account, multiple courses for different users may not be purchased under one e-mail address/account.  AP will not give out our customer’s information.

2.       Payment information is not retained or associated with a student's account.

3.       Payments are handled by The University of Montana and will appear as "MT.GOV" on your statement. Receipts are sent to the user's email address and delivered with the course manual.

4.       Course prices are for one user.

5.        Please do not use the same account for multiple users. Progress records are kept for each student's account.

*If you plan to signup 15+ employees annually, a course can be designed specifically for your company with progress report capabilities. Recruiters/supervisors will be able to see grades, progress, time logs, etc. for each student in the course.

How to Create an Account and Purchase a Course for Your Employee(s):

1.       Go to the America’s Professor home page. This can be done by clicking the “Home” link in the orange link bar towards the top of the page.

2.       Now click on “Create New Account” link in the left column.

3.       Complete/Read the “New Students” information and instructions.

Note: Please use your employee’s personal e-mail address as progress records are kept for each student account. Account confirmation is required, so either have your employee check their e-mail and confirm via the confirmation e-mail we send, or call us (800-870-3130) and we can manually confirm the account.

4.       Soon as the account has been confirmed, simply log into the America’s Professor website with the account’s username and password.

5.       Navigate to the course you would like to purchase and click “Buy Now”.

6.       Select Credit Card or E-Check then click continue (MasterCard & Visa Accepted).

7.       Complete payment information and submit!

8.       Click “Continue” to confirm enrollment and enter the course.
